WordWave is an English word training application that provides functions such as recognizing words, reading words, doing test questions, daily check-in, and Baidu translation. We are committed to helping users improve their English vocabulary and language proficiency.
2.1 Account registration: You may need to create a WordWave account to access and use certain services. You should provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering, and update your personal information in a timely manner.
2.2 Account security: You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account and password. If your account or password is used without authorization or if there are other security issues, please notify us immediately.
3.1 Application Ownership: All content in this application (including but not limited to text, images, logos, icons, buttons, sound, video, and software) belongs to WordWave and its licensors, and is protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of these contents in any form is prohibited.
3.2 User generated content: The intellectual property rights of the content you create during the use of this application belong to you. You grant this application a global, fee free, non exclusive, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, publish, and display your user generated content.
4.1 Service provision: This application provides services based on existing technology and conditions. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, nor that the Service will be timely, secure, accurate and complete.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental damages or lost profits resulting from the use of or inability to use this App.
We endeavor to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the app content, but we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding it. Use of this application is at the user's own risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of this application.
